Ada boys seeded 7th at sectional; AE 5th, HN 10th

The Ada baseball team was seeded seventh out of 12 teams at the Div. IV Ottawa district drawings held Sunday.
Ada (8-9) will host eighth seed Delphos St. John's (4-14) Tuesday, May 14 at 5 p.m. in a first round game.
The winner will then play at third-seeded Columbus Grove (10-5) Thursday, May 16 at 5 p.m. in the sectional finals. Ada's regular season game at Grove was rained out last week.
Allen East (10-11) was seeded fifth and will play 12th seed Pandora-Gilboa May 14 at 5 p.m. The victor plays at number two seed Miller City May 16 in round two.
Hardin Northern was seeded 10th and will host Cory-Rawson May 14. The winner will visit top seed Kalida May 16.
The district semifinals will be May 22 at 6 p.m. at Ottawa-Glandorf. The district finals are May 24 at 5 p.m.
Kalida is the top seed, with MC second and Grove third. Ft. Jennings was seeded fourth.
The district winner advances to the regionals.
