Kristin D. Sexton, 55, died on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 9:46 Aa.m. at her residence in Ada.

She was born on Feb. 23, 1964, in Lima, Ohio, to Morris and Hulda Jane (Compton) Lawrence. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Alger. On Nov. 2, 1983, Kristin married James Sexton and he survives in Ada.

Kristin was a homemaker. She was a Christian.   

Also surviving is a son, James Harlan (Shelby) Sexton of Dunkirk; a daughter, Samantha Jane (Kyle) Helton of Lima; five grandchildren; and two brothers: Mark Lawrence of Ada and Curtis Lawrence of Florida.

It was her wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.    Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
