You've noticed work on sidewalks at street intersections underway this week in Ada. The project involves installation fo curb ramps and concrete sidewalks.

State Route 81 and state Route 235 within the village of Ada will be restricted to one lane at times through the work zone for installation of curb ramps and concrete sidewalks.

The work is associated with a larger project to resurface state Route 81 and state Route 235 in and around Ada, as well as state Route 701 in its entirety.

Resurfacing work is expected to begin in mid-August. Work is being performed by Bluffton Paving, Bluffton.

State Route 235 between the village of Alger and state Route 67 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement repairs.

Work is expected to continue through late July. Work is being performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage.
