Wednesday, Aug. 21, is circled on many Ada calendars.

Why? It marks the first day of the 2019-20 school year. To get the school year off to a great start an open house is set at the school on Monday, Aug. 19.

And, in advance of these August dates, the school has posted the Ada Elementary supply list.

One thing all elementary students have in common on their class list is to bring a pair of tennis shoes to be left at school for gym class. Students are asked to bring supplies to school during the open house.
