What's on your class schedule?
News is warming up on the Ada school website after a summer off. Here's the latest news items of interest to students and families of Ada students:
Schedule Pickup - Thursday, Aug. 15
All junior and senior high students will need to pick up their schedules. Scheduled pickup times are as follows:
8-10 a.m. - Grades 7 & 8
10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Grades 9 & 10
12-1 p.m. - Office closed for lunch
1-3 p.m. - Grades 11 & 12
Emergency medical forms must be completed through Final Forms prior to schedule pickup. Final Forms can be accessed at https://ada-oh.finalforms.com. If you do not complete the Emergency Medial Form prior to schedule pickup, you will not receive your schedule. Also, if you have completed an EMF for a coach, it's been completed for the office. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot stress the importance enough of having emergency medical information for your child the first day of school.
Incoming 7th graders must have a TDAP & Meningitis vaccination prior to the start of the new school year. Proof of vaccination must be provided at schedule pickup.
Incoming 12th graders must have a Meningitis vaccination prior to the start of the new school year. Proof of vaccination must be provided at schedule pickup.
The Hardin County Health Department will hold an immunization clinic in Ada from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20.
