Ada athletes encourage pink this month
Ada High School's volleyball team says to switch your purple and gold for pink during annual Volley for the Cure game on Tuesday. Ada entertains Paulding at the game.
Cancer fighters and survivors will be honored during the game and volleyball moms and players will have a bake sale set up. Fans are encouraged to wear pink at the game.
Then, on Friday, Oct. 25, will be a "pink out" football game, focusing on breast cancer. The Ada varsity football team will host Paulding on the 25th and the team invites fans to pack the stands with lots of pink.
Order forms are available in the high school office to order t-shirts or sweatshirts for the game. All orders can be turned in to the high school office or Mrs. Breidenbach. The orders are due by Friday, Oct. 4.
