Mary S. Wireman 1928 - 2019
Mary S. Wireman, 91, died on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, at 11:03 p.m. at Vancrest of Ada.
She was born on Jan. 3, 1928, in Hueysville, Kentucky, to the late William H. and Laura (Whitaker) Smith. On Aug. 24, 1946, Mary married Robert B. Wireman and he preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 1985.
Mary was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostal Tabernacle Church of God, Alger.
She is survived by four sons: Gerald (Judy) Wireman of Alger, Jeff (Tina) Wireman of Ada, Tim (Diana) Wireman of Mt. Victory and Dennis Wireman of LaFayette; two daughters: Patricia Morgan of Kenton and Cathy (Harold) Albert of Kenton; twenty-three grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by two sons: Douglas Wireman and Gary Lee Wireman; a daughter, Debra Butler; a daughter-in-law, Faye Wireman; two grandsons; a great grandson; and seven sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will begin at 11a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at the Pentecostal Tabernacle Church of God, 13783 State Route 235, Alger, with Rev. David Mowery officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
