ONU hosts two days of NCAA women's soccer tournament
The No. 17-ranked Ohio Northern women's soccer team will host the first two rounds of the First Round of the 2019 NCAA III Tournament on Saturday and Sunday at Kershcer Stadium.
The Polar Bears (17-2-2) will host Grove City (Pa.) (12-6-2) in the first round.
The match time will be announced later in the week.
ONU will also host a first round match between Centre (Ky.) and Scranton (Pa.) on Saturday.
Saturday's winners will play on Sunday for a trip to the Sweet 16 on the line.
The Polar Bears are making their fifth NCAA Tournament appearance in program history and their second in the past three seasons.
Ohio Northern qualified for the NCAA Tournament by winning the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament title in a thrilling 2-1 double overtime victory over Otterbein, giving ONU the league's automatic bid.
Grove City won the Presidents Athletic Conference automatic bid.

Men's team
The Ohio Northern men's soccer team will travel to Grand Rapids, Mich. and face St. Norbert (Wis.) in the First Round of the 2019 NCAA III Tournament on Friday.
The match times will be announced later in the week.
The Polar Bears (13-6-2 overall) are making their eighth NCAA Tournament appearance in program history and their sixth in the past nine seasons.
Ohio Northern earned an at-large bid to the tournament.
The Green Knights (16-4-2) earned the automatic bid from the Midwest Conference by edging Knox (Ill.) 2-1 in the WC Tournament finals.
