Patricia A. Wilkerson was a life-long resident of Ada
Patricia A. Wilkerson, 81, died on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019, at 6:21 a.m. at Sunrise of Findlay.
She was born on Sept. 10, 1938, in Ada, Ohio, to the late Robert and Zona (Spar) Wyss.
Patricia retired from Kohls Distribution Center, Findlay. She was a member of the Blanchard River Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons: Jonathan (Diana) Wilkerson of Dola and Brian Wilkerson of Abbeville, La.; two daughters: Laura (Bo) Walter of Dunkirk and Wendy (Doug) Cole of Telluride, Colo.; six grandchildren: Rachel Walter, Rob (Jenna) Walter, Joe (Courtney) Walter, Ray Wilkerson, Dylan Cole and Fintan Cole; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Ron Wyss of Ada; and two sisters: Sue Allen of Ada and Diane (Steve) Simon of Ada.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Richard “Dick” Wyss and Robert “Butch” Wyss.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Pastor Dave Dissinger officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada.
The family would like to thank the staff of Sunrise of Findlay and Elara Care Hospice.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
