Calling all Ada youth soccer players
Online registration is now open through Monday, Feb. 10, for sign-up to participate in the Ada spring soccer season.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Register online at on-ada.affinitysoccer.com. Click the “registration” tab.
• You must have a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate prior to registration. These are available at the county health department where the child was born.
• Upload the certificate image on your child’s profile on Affinity to proceed with registration. You may scan this or use a cell phone photo.
• If you child is new to the Association and in level U8-U15, or if your child has moved up to U8 you need to order a jersey during the registration, unless you have one from last season.
• Participants at U6 level will receive a T-shirt style jersey, price is included with registration fee.
• Each player needs shin guards, gym shorts/sweatpants, jersey and soccer cleats.
Fees:
U6 $30 (includes a T-shirt jersey)
U8 $45
U10 $50
U12 $55
U 15 $60
Jerseys: $20 (if needed in U8-U15)
