March 23 Ada blood drive canceled - Kenton's remains open that day
The March 23 blood drive scheduled at the Ada visiting nurses is canceled.
"I have been asked to reschedule all of the donors who were signed up to go to the Kenton Moose Lodge on Monday, March 23, as Kenton's blood drive is still scheduled," said Mary Hackworth, Ada's volunteer coordinator, informed the Icon.
"I've sent over our blood donor list to Gene Cook. His number is 419-674-7594," she added.
"To repeat, the Red Cross personnel that were scheduled to come to Ada will instead be in Kenton. They will have plenty of people and all precautions are being taken for the safety of everyone.
"Your appointment time will remain the same."
