Alex Sweigart, 2020 Ada High School, dies in auto accident
Alex Sweigart, a 2020 Ada High School and Apollo Career Center graduate, was killed in an auto accident tonight (Monday, June 29), according to an announcment from AdaEVSDAlerts this evening.
The West Ohio Critical Incident Stress Management Team's counselors and other interventionists has been contacted and is setting up an opportunity for students (Ada and Apollo classmates are welcome) to drop in at the Ada First United Methodist Church, Tuesday, June 30, from 1-3 p.m.
Meri Skilliter, Ada school superintendent wrote in the Alert: "Alex was one of the nicest young men you’d ever want to meet. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this most difficult time."
