And, if you can't imagine what you'd do with all those blueberries try this Ada Icon Blueberry pie.
It’s pretty easy to create.
Turn over to 400 degrees
• Pie crust (buy it or make it – your call)
1 ½ cup yogurt
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 egg
2 teaspoons lime juice (okay, lemon if you must)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups of blueberries
We mixed the egg, lime juice, vanilla together and poured that mixture into the rest of the ingredients. Stir it up and pour into the pie crust.
Bake for 30 minutes. If it’s still runny turn oven to 350 and give it 10 more minutes.
