Rob Kanzig steps down as Beatitudes executive director
Beatitudes (formerly known as Restore) announced that Rob Kanzig resigned from his post as executive director effective June 15, according to Jennifer Grant, Beatitudes board chair.
In his statement, Mr. Kanzig stated: “I am appreciative of the experience, and do wish the best for the center.”
During his years of service he oversaw many programs benefiting the Ada community, such as Picnic in the Park, which provides lunches for children during the summer; the Kid’s Christmas shopping event; and the Beacon Fund, which provides financial assistance to individuals to help them meet their social and financial needs.
“The board of directors wishes him the best of luck in his new endeavors. The board is actively working on plans for ensuring that these services continue to be provided to our community without interruption,” said Grant.
In the interim period, Deb Curlis has stepped in to serve as interim executive director.
