Ada polling location moves to '86 gym
The Tuesday, Nov. 3 polling locations in Ada will relocate to Ada schools, the Hardin County Board of Election announced today.
Here's the official announcement:
"Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Hardin County Board of Elections has many requirements to meet set forth by Directives from the Ohio Secretary of State.
"It has been determined that polling locations are not to be located in a health facility of any sort.
Therefore, the Ada North and Ada South precincts are being moved to the Ada Exempted Village School District at 725 W. North Avenue.
"The election for Ada will be held in the old high school gymnasium, which is also known as the '86 Gym, just off of Grand Avenue.
"There will be signs. Green polling location cards are being mailed to each voter registered in Ada North and Ada South, so look for them to come in the mail."
