Ada spikers lose at Cavaliers

COLDWATER - The Ada volleyball team got swept in three sets at Midwest Athletic Conference power Coldwater Thursday evening.
The 25-13, 25-12, 25-11 defeat dropped the Lady Bulldog record to 2-1 this season.
Senior Miranda Wills led Ada with 14 digs, four kills and one block. Classmate Kylie Acheson came up with seven digs.
Junior Kirsten Poling passed out three assists, made one block and served two aces. Senior Megan Light came up with one block and dealt a pair of aces.
Sophomore Courtney Sumner served one ace.
The Bulldog reserves also lost, 2-0.
Ada plays at non-league rival Ben Logan Monday night, August 31.
