Boys' soccer: Poling leads Bulldogs over Upper Sandusky

ADA - The Ada boys soccer team edged visiting Upper Sandusky 4-3 Monday evening.
The victory upped the Bulldog boys record to 4-3 overall and 1-1 in NCOSA play. Ada has won four of its last five matches after an 0-2 start.
"It was a hard-fought battle," said Ada head coach Jason Okuly. "The guys never gave up and showed a lot of heart."
Bulldog senior Jacob Poling netted two goals and passed out a pair of assists, leading Ada to a 4-0 halftime cushion.
Senior Ian Dellifield tallied a goal and one assist. Sophomore Carter Conley added the other goal.
Bulldog sophomore keeper Grant Preston made 10 saves. The Rams netted three second-half goals, but came up short.
Ada (2-0 NWC) plays host to league foe Lincolnview (1-3-3, 0-1 NWC) Monday, September 21.
