Thomas Wilson was a former Hardin County fair manager
Thomas Rex Wilson, 76, died on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 4:15 P.M. at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born on May 14, 1944, in Tiffin, Ohio, to the late H. Rex and Dorothy (Croy) Wilson. Thomas married Julie Rader and she preceded him in death on Friday, February 16, 2018. He later married Sue Meeks and she survives in Findlay.
Thomas was a lifetime farmer. He attended the College First Church of God in Findlay. He served in the Army National Guard. Thomas served on the Hardin County Fair Board and was a former fair manager. He was an avid golfer. Thomas loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Also surviving are his children: Bradford R. (Amy) Wilson of Hilliard, Anjie W. (Alvin) Trusty of Findlay, Brian Meeks of Findlay and Angela (Jamie) Insley of Arlington; 13 grandchildren: Eric Wilson, Ethan Wilson, Caden Wilson, Carter Wilson, Kayla (Jake) Latsha, Karlie (Nate) Higgins, Kara (Boyan) Bashlieva, Kelsey Trusty, Maria Trusty, Brittany (Chris) Pecora, Morgan (Josh) Ream, Justin Rose and Nathan Insley; 10 great grandchildren; and a brother, David (Katie) Wilson of Pauline, S.C.
A Celebration of Life for Thomas will be held at a later date. A private inurnment will be held.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the College First Church of God, 1100 N. Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
