Bus request form needed if children are picked up or dropped off at a residence away from home

School’s out for the summer, but if you ride an Ada school bus there is one action you might take now for next school year.

Parents and caregivers of children who are picked up and/or dropped off at a location away from your residence need to complete a bus request form for the 2017-18 school year.

A copy of the request form is attached at the bottom of this story.

The deadline to submit the form is 9 a.m., Friday, Aug. 4. According to the school, due to busing changes, bus requests will not guarantee an approval. Parents must complete the bus request form first.

The requests must be submitted each new school year since they do not carry-over year-to-year.

When Fine Touch Furniture and Upholstery of Ada works on a project the result will amaze you. Here's a perfect example: In a recent upholstery project Dan Garver added buttons to an ottoman. Each button is hand-made and hand-sewn. Click here for more photos.
