Hardin educator vaccinations this week
Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 17, Ohio Northern University’s HealthWise Mobile Clinic plans to administer vaccinations to educators at four school districts in Hardin County. The schedule is as follows:
• Ridgemont Local School District, Mount Victory
Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
• Upper Scioto Valley School District, McGuffey
Thursday, Feb. 18, 7-9 a.m.
• Ada Exempted Village Schools
Friday, Feb. 19, 7-10 a.m.
• Hardin Northern Local School District, Dola
Friday, Feb. 19, 2:30-3:30 p.m.
The vaccinations will be administered in a clinic format, with setup in a gymnasium or cafeteria. Included will be check-in, immunization and mandatory waiting period stations.
Student pharmacists will be facilitating each station with pharmacist supervision.
1-B clinic on Feb. 20
HealthWise Mobile Clinic also will provide COVID-19 vaccinations for eligible 1B individuals. The first 1B clinic will be held for eligible campus community members on Saturday, Feb. 20.
