Phillip Mullins was a machine operator for Miller Brothers Construction
Phillip Mullins, 70, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, at 8:34 p.m. at OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton.
He was born on Sept. 21, 1950, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, to the late Ernie and Goldie (Joseph) Mullins. His step-father, John Calvert, also preceded him in death. Phillip was previously married to the late Wanda Fry. He was also previously married to Holley Drouillard Howard.
Phillip worked as a heavy machine operator at Miller Brothers Construction. He was a member of the Kenton Moose Lodge #428 and Kenton Eagles Aeries #2163.
He is survived by two sons: Wayne Mullins of Johnson City, Tennessee, and Mark Mullins of Ada; one daughter: Lisa Hemry of Ada; six grandchildren; one great grandchildren; two brothers: Dennis (Sharon) Mullins of Waynesfield and Gary (Connie) Mullins of Columbus Grove; and four sisters: Sue Decker of Alger, Ella Loubert of Lakeview, Donna (Bob) Teeters of Kenton, and Brenda (John VanAtta) Joseph of Lakeview.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Mannis Mullins and Tony Adams.
It was his wish to be cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
