Jeffrey Daniels was an Upper Scioto Valley HS graduate
Jeffrey W. Daniels, 66, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 2:08 p.m. at his residence in Kenton.
He was born on February 16, 1955, in Alger, Ohio, to the late Rev. John and Thelma (Punches) Daniels, Sr.
Jeffrey was a contractor and owner of J. Daniels Construction Company. He was a graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School. Jeffrey enjoyed loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting. He loved all of his grandbabies and spending time with his family and friends.
Jeffrey is survived by a daughter, Olivia (Tony) Burt of Lima; a son, Savage (Kristen) Daniels of St. Paris; three step sons: Paul Blair of Kenton, Dustin Blair of TN and David Blair; a daughter-in-law, Jaelyn Devore of Kenton; a bonus daughter, Kierstin Devore; grandchildren: Halie, Sedrick, Kendra, Ivy, Miescha, Guinivere, Annabelle, Kadance, Presley, Chasetan, Logan, Kodiak, Lillith, Azeyla, Kaylee, Kaven, Rylen, Emberlee, Sonja, Maizley, Myles, Bexley and Addelyn; a special daughter-in-law, Joni Frankel of Kenton; four brothers: Joe Daniels of Joaquin, Texas, Jack (Cotta) Daniels of Ada, Mike Daniels of Alger and Kenny (Michele) Daniels of Kenton; a sister, Cheryl Daniels of Kenton; a sister-in-law, Mary Daniels of Spencerville; a special nephew, Eddie Daniels of Plain City and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Sylas Daniels; two brothers: John Daniels, Jr. and Mark Daniels; and three sisters-in-law: Nancy Daniels, Teresa Daniels and Donna Daniels.
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements. Face coverings must be worn while attending visitation and service.
Private family services will be held at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger with David Holbrook officiating.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, April 21, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made to Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services at 701 N. Front Street, P.O. Box 41, Alger, Ohio 45812 for the benevolence of the family.
