There will be lots of musical entertainment at this year’s Ada Harvest and Herb Festival. The 30th annual festival, sponsored by the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, is Saturday, Sept. 17, on Ada’s Main Street.
According to Deb Curlis, this year’s entertainment takes place at the Cole Motors Main Street parking lot as in past years.
Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving coach Peggy Ewald is adding another international accomplishment to her impressive resume.
She will serve on the coaching staff for Team USA at the 2016 Paralympics Games Sept. 7-18 in Rio de Jeneiro, Brazil.
This marks the third Paralympics Games in which Ewald has represented Team USA, as she was also part of the coaching staff of the 2008 Paralympics Games in Beijing, China, and the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, England.
There's a great show going on this week high above the Ada skyline. It involves the painting of the Ada water tower. Ken Collins offers this series of photos. Don't look down!
