November 27 Blaze of Lights parade invitation
The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting community organizations and businesses to participate in the 2021 Bluffton Blaze of Lights parade on Saturday, November 27.
"It's Christmas (planning) in July," notes chamber CEO Paula Scott. "Several organizations have contacted us to confirm the date and we are planning for a wonderful, 100-plus unit parade in 2021."
The parade entry form and information can be found at explorebluffton.com/blaze-festival. Applications may be sent to parade chairman Junior Weihrach at 20791 SR 68, Arlington, OH 45814 or emailed to [email protected]. Please submit the organization name, contact person and phone, and address by November 18.
Parade unit line-up takes place at 4:00 p.m. at Snider Rd. and Main St. The parade begins at 5:00 p.m.
Parade units are encouraged to follow the theme "A Christmas Carol," finding inspiration in favorite Christmas carols or the Charles Dickens story "A Christmas Carol." Trophies will be awarded for the best floats in the parade.
For more information, contact Junior Weihrauch at (419) 889-4315.
