Keith Bolen was a millwright

Keith Bolen, age 64, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his family.

He was born on April 27, 1957, in Lima, Ohio to Curtis and Bonnie (Conley) Bolen.  His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in McGuffey.  Keith was previously married to Yolanda Bolen, they were divorced and she survives in Ada.  His life partner Paula Barkley survives in Ada.

Keith is also survived by his two sons: Travis Bolen and Chad (Gwen Gibson) Bolen both of Ada; a grandson, Tanner Keith Bolen of Ada; five brothers: Chris (Jean) Bolen of Columbus, Kirby (Kathy) Bolen of Cincinnati, Mike (Marie) Bolen of California, Curtis (Michelle) Bolen of Florida and Douglas Bolen of McGuffey; a sister, Cathy (Howard) Duprey of Alger; and two lifelong friends: Perry Caudill of Lakeview and Grover VanHoose of Fostoria.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Amber Rachelle Bolen and a special nephew Blaine Morris.  

Keith was a master craftsman and loved to build.  He was a millwright for twenty-seven years at Ford Motor Company, Lima.  He was a member of the UAW  #1219.  He was a very genuine person, family man and the best father figure.  Keith loved his boys and grandson.  He was at peace with God and was saved and baptised.

Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m.  on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with Pastor Dan Holbrook and Pastor Donald Webb officiating.  Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.  The funeral service for Keith will be live streamed on the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services Facebook page beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3.   

Friends may call from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.
