Men's CC finishes 7th of 37 at NCAA III Great Lakes Regional Championships
The Ohio Northern men's cross country team placed seventh of 37 teams at the NCAA III Great Lakes Regional Championships on Saturday afternoon, November 13, at Blue River Memorial Park.
The polar Bears scored 277 points in the meet and will finish their season with a 94-39 overall record.
No. 7-ranked John Carroll won with 62 points, No. 13 Otterbein was second with 89 points, No. 28 Case Western Reserve was third with 1047 and No. 30 Calvin (Mich.) was fourth with 120 points.
Senior Patrick Baker (Massillon/Jackson) led the Polar Bears with a 42nd place finish in a career-low 25:55.
Senior Dylan McKean (Warren/Champion) was 49th in a career-low 26:05, junior Breydan Hann (Wooster) was 54th in a career-low 26:10, junior Billy Driemeyer (House Springs, Mo./Lindbergh) was 63rd in 26:19 and freshman Kyle Roth (Rockford/Parkway) was 69th in a career-low 26:24.
