Program: Thinking about your health differently
Chiropractor Todd Gillfillan talked about why he encourages individuals to think about their health differently.
Gillfillan urged the attendees not to blame grandma and grandpa for their health issues and to realize that common does not equal normal. When assessing an individual's health, he looks for trauma, toxins and thoughts impacting their wellbeing.
Family Chiropractic Center is a Wellness Way affiliate. Dr. Gillfillan works with his wife Kelsey, who is an RN. He graduated from the Dr. Gillfillan the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012 and has practiced in Ada for 10 years.
The practice is located at 955 S Main St., Ada OH, 45810; phone (419) 634-4856.
