Nicholaus Dyer was a tattoo artist
Nicholaus Edwin Arthur Dyer, age 39, of Dola, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay,
He was born on January 17, 1983, in Kenton, Ohio to Terry and Sandra (Campbell) Dyer. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Dola. On October 14, 2017, Nicholaus married Jaime Bilimek and she survives in Alger.
Nicholaus is also survived by his daughter, Nora Dyer of Columbus; a sister, Lucinda (Josh) Ulrey of Ada; and a nephew and niece: Logan Sturgill and Victoria Sturgill both of Ada.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lana Dyer, and his dog, Eva.
Nicholaus was a 2001 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School. He completed a tattoo apprenticeship at Raw Ink in Ada, which led him to a successful career at Evolved in Columbus. He had also won numerous awards for his art/tattoos. Nicholaus has art on display in the Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA. He was an artist who enjoyed music, painting and playing his guitar. He loved spending time with Nora fishing, painting, and playing music. He enjoyed time with his family, and his friends meant so much to him, as well as his dog, Sherman. Above all Nicholaus loved being a father to Nora and loved her to the moon and back.
It was Nicholaus’s wish to be cremated Darth Vadar Style. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. You can check for information on services at Nicholaus Facebook page.
