Bulldog golf team closes regular season

BLUFFTON⎯The Ada High School golf team played in a three-team match of Hardin County rivals Wednesday, September 14 at the Bluffton Golf Course.
Hardin Northern won with 213 strokes, followed closely by Ridgemont at 216. Ada was third with a respectable 236 total.
- Ada senior Geddes Klingler won match medalist honors with a round of 45
- Junior Jack Baumgartner carded a 52
- Senior Dale Hoyt posted a 68
- Jayden Shaffer rounded out the Bulldog scorers with a 71
- Sam Crawford added a round of 72
HN was led by Preston Gregory with a 48. Justin Thiel and Zeb Wilson each carded rounds of 49. Hayden Oates topped the Gophers with a 48.
Ada played at Prairie View Golf Club Tuesday in a multi-team match won by Waynesfield, followed by Calvary Christian and Ada (232).
Ada (1-20) plays in the Northwest Conference title meet Thursday, September 22 at Hickory Sticks Golf Course.
