AHS boys soccer 7-1 over Van Wert

VAN WERT--The visiting Ada High School boys soccer team defeated Van Wert 7-1 in a non-league mismatch early Saturday, October 1.
The Bulldogs improved to 5-5-3 overall with the road win.
VW dropped to 0-11-1 after the loss.
"It was nice to get back on track after a rough September (0-5-1)," said Ada head coach Jason Okuly.
Logan Jolliff scored two goals and passed out an assist to lead the Ada onslaught. Carter Conley netted a pair of goals.
Nathan Williams netted a goal and passed out an assist. Carson Gossard and Ethan Murphy each tallied a goal.
Drew Long dished out one assist. Colton Long made four saves in goal for the Bulldogs.
Ada (1-1-1 NWC) visits Spencerville (7-2-2 1-1 NWC) Monday, October 3. The Bulldogs (0-4 NCOSA) play at Van Buren (3-3-3, 0-0-2 NCOSA) Oct. 6.
