Zoom with the Ada Council, Oct. 4, resolutions and ordinances
Including a resolution opposing the contractual relationship between OSU and Nike and use of Nike football
The Ada Council will meet tonight, October 4, with the option to join by Zoom at this LINK.
Meetings are held in the council chambers at the Ada Municipal Building with the opportunity to address council during a public comments segment of the agenda.
The agenda and claims register are available HERE on the village website.
A streets committee meeting will follow the regular council session.
The agenda includes the following resolutions and ordinance items:
2022-15 October 4, 2022 - A Resolution Amending the Classification Specification Plan (Associate Water and Wastewater, Lead Water and Wastewater, and Head Wastewater)
2022-16 October 4, 2022 - A Resolution Opposing the Contractual Relationship between The Ohio State University and Nike and Use of a Football Manufactured by Nike or for Nike and Declaring an Emergency
11-2022 October 4, 2022 (1st reading) - An Ordinance Approving the Recodification, Editing and Inclusion of Certain Ordinances as Parts of the Various Component Codes of the Codified Ordinances of Ada, OH.
12-2022 October 4, 2022 (1st reading) - An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor to Assess Street Lights within the Village of Ada for Year 2023 and Declaring an Emergency.
