Wresting OAC opener
The No. 15-ranked Ohio Northern wrestling team opened the Ohio Athletic Conference portion of its 2022-23 schedule with a perfect 60-0 victory over Wilmington on Tuesday night, November 15, at the ONU Sports Center Fieldhouse.

The Polar Bears (5-0 overall, 1-0 OAC) posted four first period falls and six forfeits in the win.

Women's basketball at Anderson

Junior Kristen Luersman (Fort Jennings) scored a career-high 22 points to lead the Ohio Northern women's basketball team to an 84-67 win over Anderson (Ind.) on Wednesday night, November 16, at O.C. Lewis Gymnasium.

The Polar Bears improve to 3-0 overall while dropping the Ravens to 1-2.

The Ravens found a little offensive momentum in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 14, 60-46, with 1:21 remaining. But the Polar Bears took a 64-46 edge into the final period en route to the 17-point victory.

Men's Baketball in Wooster Classic
Senior Adam Scott (Wapakoneta) scored 13 points to lead the Ohio Northern men's basketball team in a 72-57 loss to tournament host Wooster on Saturday afternoon, November 19, in the championship game of the Wooster Al Van Wie Classic at Timken Gymnasium.

The Polar Bears will return to action Sunday, Nov. 27 when they host Alma (Mich.) at 1 pm at the ONU Sports Center.

Men's Wrestling at Olivet Duals
The No. 20-ranked Ohio Northern wrestling team won all four of its matches on Saturday, including an impressive 37-12 victory over No. 11 Olivet (Mich.) at the Olivet Duals at the Cutler Event Center.

The Polar Bears remained undefeated on the season with a 9-0 record.
