Ada Historical Society asks you to buy or eat pie
QUILT RAFFLE
This beautiful scrappy quilt, made and donated by Connie Crouse, will be on display at the Farmers & Merchants Picnic and raffled off for the Ada Historical Society at the Harvest & Herb Festival in September.
Tickets are now available at the Ada Library, by contacting Lee Crouse 419/230-7584 or me at 419/302-2344. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
PIE EATING CONTEST
Wanted: Pie eating contestant at the Ada Historical Society competition, 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12 at the F&M Picnic. It's free to compete and the winner will get a free trial gym membership. Each cintestant will be given one pie. There will a timer set and whoever eats their pie first wins, if no one eats the whole pie, whoever eats the most will win.
