Navin appointed appointed board of governors chair of Beta Gamma Sigma
Ohio Northern University James F. Dicke College of Business Administration Dean and professor John C. Navin, Ph.D., was recently appointed chair of international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma’s (BGS) Board of Governors.
Navin will serve a two-year term as chair and then a one-year term as past chair.
Since 1913 this honor society, headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri, has recognized and honored top performing students from around the world in business schools accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). There are more than 600 chapters worldwide and over 900,000 individuals have been inducted into BGS. Members are also proud members of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS). Membership into BGS is highly selective with only the top 10% of undergraduates, top 20% of graduate students and all doctoral students who have successfully defended their dissertation invited to join.
