Ricky DeWayne Morrison was an auto mechanic
Ricky DeWayne Morrison, age 63, of Alger, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born on April 29, 1960, in Kenton, Ohio to the late Harlin and Lola (Bailey) Morrison. Ricky was previously married to Sandra Mulholland.
Ricky is survived by his significant other, Cindy Spradlin of Alger; a daughter, Misty Luv Morrison of Florida; two step daughters: Christina Sneary of Alger and Heather Spradlin of Roundhead; eleven grandchildren; and a brother, Donald (Janet) Morrison of Dola; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by eleven siblings: Alberta “Blondie” Shepherd, Carrie Jane Holbrook, Franklin D. Morrison, Orville Lee Morrison, Ovie Dean Morrison, Billy Joe Morrison, Judy Fay Kearly, Phyllis Ann Bowman, Jimmy Ray Morrison, Adaline Rucker and Marilyn Pratt.
Ricky worked as an auto mechanic. He was an avid fisherman. Ricky loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger. It was his wish to be cremated.
