Barbara Rutledge, 88, of Circleville, Ohio and formerly of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at The Wyngate of Circleville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Rutledge. 

Funeral services will be held at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH on Tuesday, February 6, 2023 at 1 p.m.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. February 7, 2023 at Salem Cemetery, Westminster, Ohio.
