Blanchard Valley Hospital (BVH) will host “Living with Chronic Back Pain,” part of the “Live and Learn” series, to educate the community about methods of coping with chronic back pain.
This event will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Marathon Auditorium of BVH and led by Becky Alexander, physical therapist from The Julie A. Cole Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine and John Ogden, MD, neurosurgeon from Neurosurgical Associates of Northwest Ohio.
A boxed lunch will be provided and seating is limited. RSVP is required by Tuesday, Oct. 30, and can be made by calling 419-423-5551 or emailing events @bvhealthsystem.org.
The Ada School District will hold its annual Veterans Day breakfast at 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 12 in the school cafeteria for all veterans and their families as well as active-duty service personnel who live, work, or worship within the boundaries of the school district. Following the draw, both teams move to 13-2-1 overall and to 7-0-1 in the Ohio Athletic Conference. The two programs remain tied atop the conference standings with one match remaining in the regular season.
