Bulldog tennis falls to Cougars

VAN WERT__ The visiting Ada High School boys tennis team lost 4-1 at Van Wert Thursday evening, April 26.
The Bulldog netters fell to 0-5 with the defeat.
Ada junior southpaw Nathan Williams beat Keaton Foster 7-5, 6-2 at first singles to post the Bulldog win. He improved to 3-2 this season with the victory.
Bulldog sophomore Justin Bowden lost 6-3, 6-0 at second singles.
Ada freshman Brandon Prater also fell by a 6-3, 6-0 count at third singles.
Junior Luke Archer and sophomore Luke Thaxton Mohamad Khalil were defeated 6-3, 6-2 at first doubles.
Ada senior Jesse Okuly and freshman Lawson Klingler lost 6-0, 6-0 at second doubles.
The Bulldog netters play at Fostoria May 1. The recently postponed match vs. Fostoria at Ada will be made up vs. the Redmen Monday, May 6 as part of Senior Night in the home finale.
