Obituary for William “Ira” VanHorn
William “Ira” VanHorn, age 40, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at his parent’s residence.
He was born on July 20, 1983 in Kenton, Ohio to Wynn and Louise VanHorn who survive in Delphos. Also surviving is his daughter, Brooklyn VanHorn of Lima; and special friend, Stephen Womack.
Ira attended Allen East High School and was a graduate of the Apollo Career Center, Lima. He loved people, skate boarding and outdoor sports. Ira also enjoyed painting and drawing, music and swimming. He loved animals and was always helpful to the elderly. Ira loved his family especially his daughter, Brooklyn.
There will be no services. It was his wish to be cremated.
