New Big Brothers Big Sisters office to open in Ada
Grand Opening Celebration at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, at 229 North Main St.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio, Inc. will celebrate the grand opening of its new Hardin County office, located at 229 North Main St., Ada. The organization notes, “This new office marks an important step in the organization’s commitment to expanding its services and outreach across the region.”
The public is invited to attend the grand opening, which will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, light refreshments and a chance to meet the Big Brothers Big Sisters team. This new location will allow the organization to better serve the Hardin County community by providing mentoring services and support to even more youth in need.
Dr. Portia Smith, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio, expressed her excitement about the expansion: “This new office represents a significant milestone for our organization. We’ve been working diligently to grow our presence in Hardin County, and having a physical location here will allow us to connect with the community on a much deeper level. It’s all about ensuring that every child in our area who needs a mentor can find one, and this new space will help us do that.”
Madison Richards, the Hardin County Coordinator, echoed Dr. Smith’s enthusiasm: “The opening of the Hardin County office is a dream come true for us. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our programs, and this office will give us the resources and space to support that growth. We’re excited to continue expanding our impact and making a difference in the lives of local youth.”
Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio has been committed to creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the potential in young people. This new office is part of a larger effort to grow the organization’s reach and bring the benefits of mentoring to more communities throughout the region.
