Three Ada High School girls soccer players received Div. V All-Northwest district honors in voting recently conducted by area coaches.
Senior forward Lexi Poling made the second team. She scored a team-high 11 goals and passed out one assist to finish 2024 with 23 points.
Junior playmaking midfielder Alex Gibson also earned second team all-district notice. Gibson led Ada with five assists and also netted four goals to total 13 points this season.
She took most of the team’s corner kicks and directed much of the offense with deft passing.
Senior midfielder Karley Wagner was voted honorable mention all-district. Wagner tallied three goals and dished out three assists for nine points, and played rugged defense.
Poling was also invited to play in the Northwest district Senior All-Star game Sunday, November 17 at Liberty-Benton High School.
The Bulldogs won a program-record 10 games and finished 10-8 this fall under head coach Doug Dewese.
