Obituary for Penny S. Rowe
Penny S. Rowe, age 69, of Kenton, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
She was born on October 2, 1955 in Kenton, Ohio to Frank and Waneta Rose (Mayer) Caudill, Sr.
Penny is survived by her two sons: Chad (Somer) Hall of Harrod and Todd (Kat) Hall of Bellefontaine; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and five siblings: Greg (Jackie) Caudill of Waynesfield, Frank Caudill, Jr., Keith Caudill of Belle Center, Michael (Jill) Caudill of Brooksville, FL, and Julie Caudill Tumeo of North Lewisburg
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Manns; and two brothers: Chris Caudill and Gary Caudill.
Penny enjoyed cooking and listening to music. She will be very missed by her family.
A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger with Pastor Bill Prater officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, March 10th at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger.
