Village to hold March 18 meeting on voluntary landlord directory
RSVP requested to [email protected] or 419-634-4045 ext. 212.
From Ada Council President, Bob Simmons, March 3
We would like to cordially invite all landlords with properties in the Village of Ada to take part in a roundtable discussion. The Village of Ada would like to discuss setting up an internal voluntary Landlord Directory. We feel it is important and necessary that we get input from landlords who are operating rental properties in the Village of Ada about this idea.
We feel that having a landlord directory would be of great benefit to the Village and the Landlord. Having an active directory will allow the proper departments access to vital information in the event an emergency arises at one of your rental properties. Having a Landlord Directory would also allow the Zoning and Code Enforcement officials direct access to contacting Landlords before initiating Zoning or Code Enforcement violations should the need arise. This would allow for an active open line of communication between the Village of Ada and Landlords.
Attached below you will find a sample Voluntary Landlord Directory information sheet that will also be up for discussion during this meeting.
The roundtable discussion will be held on March 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., in Council Chambers located at 115 W. Buckeye Ave., Ada, OH 45810. If you plan to attend please RSVP to Michele Chambers at [email protected] or call 419-634-4045 ext. 212.
We look forward to having you participate in our discussion as your input is valuable to our decision-making process.
Sincerely,
Bob Simmons, Councilman
