Howard Patton worked for Ford Motor Company
Howard Patton, age 88, of Lakeview, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
He was born on July 4, 1936 in Marshallville, Kentucky to the late Willie and Lelae Mae (Marshall) Patton. On December 23, 1957 Howard married Arline F. LeMay and she survives in Lakeview.
Howard retired from Ford Motor Company, Lima where he worked as an automotive technician. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Kenton. Howard was a U.S. Army veteran.
Also surviving is his son, Douglas (Lorie) Patton of Richwood; two daughters: Penny Bower of Minot, ND and Brenda (Ed) Chiffons of Alger; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and a brother, Lowell Patton of Alger.
Howard was preceded in death by his brother, Malcolm Patton; sister, Lorena Lynch; and son-in-law, Danny Bower.
It was his wish to be cremated. Private graveside services will be held at Preston Cemetery, Alger.
