West Montford project gets early start
FROM ADAOH.GOV__The Village of Ada's West Montford Improvement Project is getting an early start. Due to wet ground at other job sites the Contractor has mobilized to the Montford Project 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. Today, 5.7.2025 we have equipment and cones staged along the entire length of the project. Contractor will start Thursday or Friday with pavement saw cuts along the concrete gutter on both sides of the street. Process will be - storm sewer work, concrete removal, underdrain installation, curb and gutter preparation and concrete pour, alley approach work asphalt paving and then signs and pavement markings.
During construction West Montford will be closed to through traffic from Main Street west to West Street. Local traffic will be maintained but use caution as it is a work Zone. Parking, alley and drive access will be limited at certain times throughout the project.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as this is a much needed project and the improvements will be beneficial.
Please email [email protected] if you would like to be included in the project email updates.
Please call the Village office 419.634.4045 option #2 if you have questions or concerns.
Respectfully, Jamie Hall
