Next Liberty Twp Board Meeting is August 4, 2025

JULY 21 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS__The Liberty Township Trustees met in regular session on July 21, 2025. Present: Jeff Acheson, Brad Hays, Jason Weihrauch, Fish White, Gary Hall, Jay Epley and Patty Griffin.

A motion by Jeff Acheson with a second by Brad Hays to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 7, 2025. All voted yes.

Patty – Working on the cemetery grant. available up to $2,500. Also gathering the information for the gas rebate.

Jay – Trying to get the new compressor to work correctly.

Jason – All ditches have been mowed. All foundation invoices have been mailed out. Brad fixed the water issue at the cemetery office. Got some driveway repair equipment quotes. Presented new mower quotes. Started fixing the berms with the new chute. Works really well.

Brad – Got a bill for the catch basin clean out on 55. Will get it to Patty.

Jeff – EMS/Fire Dept back parking lot needs sealed and painted. Will get a quote on that and then decide who will pay what portion.

A motion to adjourn by Jeff Acheson with a second by Gary Hall. All voted yes.
