Bulldog girls soccer win vs. Lima Senior, improve to 7-0

LIMA – The Ada High School girls soccer team stayed undefeated with a lopsided 8-0 win at Lima Senior on Saturday, August 30 in Spartan Stadium.

The Bulldog girls improved to 7-0 with the blowout victory which extended their best-ever start and the longest win streak in program history.

Ada sophomore Avary Acheson scored a hat trick and passed out one assist to lead the offensive onslaught.

Junior Kenley Poling dished out two assists and scored a goal.

Freshman Shay Smith and senior Alex Gibson tallied a goal and passed out one assist apiece.

Sophomore Rose Baxter and senior Jordyn Smith each netted one goal.

Freshman Aubry Jordan doled out two assists. 

Ada keeper Emily Gibson only had to make one save in goal as the defense recorded its fourth straight shutout.  

Ada hosts league foe Van Buren (3-2) on Thursday, September 4 at 5 p.m. in War Memorial Stadium for the key North Central Ohio Soccer Association opener.
