Warrant amnesty week announced by Hardin Co. Sheriff’s Office
FROM ADA POLICE DEPT FACEBOOK__Hardin County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) in cooperation with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is having a warrant amnesty week from August 18-21, 2025.
Hours at Hardin County Sheriff Office Training Conference Room will be:
Monday, August 18 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Tuesday, August 19 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 20 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Hours at the Hardin County Courthouse, third floor will be:
Thursday August 21 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
If you cannot make these times, other times can be set by appointment.
The Hardin County Sheriff has agreed that they will not be checking participants for active warrants unless the participants cause a problem.
Anyone with an active warrant for failing to serve a jail sentence or failing to appear for a court hearing, should attend one of these meetings.
