Obituary for Peggy S. Gibson
Peggy S. Gibson, age 58, of Ada, went home holding God’s hand on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at home with her family by her side.
She was born on April 9, 1967 in Lima, Ohio to William D. and Eileen M. (Legg) Kindle. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Dunkirk. On September 27, 1987 Peggy married Robert R. Gibson and he survives in Ada.
Also surviving is her son, Ryan T. Gibson of Ada; three beautiful granddaughters: Novalee (mother, Lea), Presley and Scarlett (mother, Makayla) Gibson; a brother, Bill (Kathy) Kindle of Lima; and four sisters: Tina (Mike) Miller of Cairo, Anita Burton of Forest, Julie Kindle of Dunkirk and Debbie (Jim) Coppes of Findlay; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved and devoted dog Sweetie.
Also preceding her in death is her maternal grandmother, Ada Legg; and brother-in-law, Kevin Burton
Peggy graduated in 1986 from Hardin Northern High School. She spent most of her working career in the manufacturing industry. Peggy attended and was recently baptized at Liberty Baptist Church in Ada.
It was her wish to be cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date with inurnment of ashes in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the Center on Central, 111 Central Avenue, Ada, Ohio 45810 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
