Recap of Liberty Township board meetings August-September 2025

Liberty Township Fiscal Officer Patty Griffin has provided minutes from August and September 2025 meetings of the Board of Trustees.
AUGUST 4
The board received a report of damage to a bridge by a drunk driver. Hardin County will be repairing bridge L-25-C-22.
Work on the cemetery chapel was reported, including installation of air conditioning and a window. A first deed book has been entered in the computer system.
AUGUST 18
Jason Weihrauch reported on repair work to the office computer, ditch mowing progress, continued cemetery deed entry and repairs to the 1997 F-350 truck.
SEPTEMBER 15
Jason Weihrauch reported that a Grasshopper mower caught on fire; there were no injuries.
OCTOBER 6
The board discussed truck repairs and mower replacement. Purchase of two new mowers was approved by the trustees.
